Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our real estate sales function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and revenue goals. Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship and performance management. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback. Drive business growth through B2C and B2B sales channels. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with high-value customers, channel partners, and developers. Ensure top-notch customer experience and resolve escalations effectively. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales goals. Present sales forecasts, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership. Provide feedback for product and process improvement. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a fast-growing startup . Proven track record in leading and scaling a sales team. Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup setting.
