Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641005 - 100% On-Site (WFO) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager – International Sales to lead our US market expansion in the property tax services domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US real estate and property tax ecosystem, a strong background in international B2B sales, and proven leadership in managing high-performance sales teams. Based out of our Coimbatore office, you will own the strategy and execution for sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, while also fostering long-term relationships with key US-based clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the US property tax market. • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the real estate, title, mortgage, and tax service sectors. • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure and client onboarding. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team. • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. • Track and report key metrics including sales forecasts, pipeline health, and performance KPIs using CRM tools. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (virtual and occasional travel as needed) Required Skills and Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in international sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. • Demonstrated success in selling to US-based clients in property tax, real estate, mortgage, or title services. • Deep domain knowledge of US property tax regulations, compliance processes, and client pain points. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and solution-based selling. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM. • Proven ability to drive teams toward ambitious revenue goals. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent. • MBA (preferably with a focus on International Business or Sales) is a plus Relevant Experience: • 5+ years in a sales leadership role (preferably as Sales Manager, Sr. Manager, or GM) • 5+ years handling US-based clients, especially in BPO, KPO, SaaS, or consulting firms • Proven success in scaling international sales or opening new markets. • Experience in real estate, tax services, title services, mortgage, or financial services with focus on the US market Email your resume directly to or WA at +91 9047077456
