Position: Key Account Manager Experience: 1–3 years (Key Account Management) About the Role: CVSYNK is on the lookout for a Key Account Manager with 1–3 years of experience handling client relationships and operations. You’ll work across companies, agencies, and interns to ensure hiring workflows stay smooth, fast, and on point. What You’ll Do: Manage Key Accounts: Be the go-to person for our clients—startups, companies, and recruitment agencies Coordinate Job Fulfillment: Ensure CV pipelines are built and delivered within timelines Engage Agencies: Coordinate with agency partners to push active mandates Supervise Interns: Guide interns working on sourcing, follow-ups, and onboarding Platform Enablement: Help clients and agencies get the most out of CVSYNK by ensuring proper usage and support Feedback Loop: Collect insights from users and share with internal teams to improve workflows and platform UX What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of Key Account Management experience (preferably in recruitment, HRTech, SaaS, or staffing) Preferred- Not mandatory Good communication and relationship-building skills Exposure to or interest in the recruitment lifecycle Strong coordination and multitasking ability Detail-oriented and self-driven Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and move fast Why Join CVSYNK?
