Job Title: Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive Location: (Thane) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 Years Industry: (Staffing/ B2B Sales) Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager/ Lead Generation Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation and inside sales, with a passion for connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential leads to generate interest and set up qualified meetings for the sales team. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events. Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Research and segment target accounts to build effective outreach strategies. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, meetings booked, and leads qualified. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, (preferably in a B2B environment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good understanding of sales techniques and lead qualification processes. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in (industry-Staffing, B2B sales). Knowledge of sales tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
