Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert  with 8-10 years of experience to lead our international marketing initiatives in the granite and natural stone sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global markets, digital strategies, and the intricacies of the natural stone industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Google Ads , international campaigns , lead generation , and brand awareness  across multiple countries. Additionally, candidates should have experience with AI-powered tools  to enhance digital marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to various international markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives. 2. Content & Campaign Management Create and oversee localized, engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms. 3. SEO/SEM & Google Ads Management Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings in global markets. Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads  campaigns (Search, Display, and Video). Utilize AI-driven analytics  and tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for continuous improvement and ROI. 4. Social Media Strategy Develop and execute social media strategies for different international regions. Monitor trends and engagement to drive audience growth. 5. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research using AI-powered tools  to understand customer behavior, trends, and competition in target markets. Analyze data to optimize future campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 6. Budget Management Plan and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently. Track spending and measure campaign ROI. 7. Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service. Mentor junior marketing staff and coordinate with external agencies as required. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing , Business Administration , or a related field. Masters degree  is a plus. Experience: 8-10 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on international markets . Proven success in managing and optimizing Google Ads  campaigns. Experience in the granite , natural stone , or construction materials  industry is a strong advantage. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads , Google Analytics , SEO tools, CMS, CRM, and email marketing platforms. Deep understanding of SEO/SEM , paid search, display ads, and content marketing. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools  to analyze and optimize campaigns. Knowledge of AI-powered platforms  for lead generation, customer segmentation, and campaign automation. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple international projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international teams or clients. Multilingual  abilities are a plus. Knowledge of international marketing compliance  and regulations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in international website traffic and lead generation. Improved search engine rankings and paid campaign ROI. Increased Google Ads  conversions and cost-efficiency. Social media follower growth and engagement across target markets. Effective use of AI tools to drive marketing insights and decision-making.
