Job Title: Sales & Business Development Intern Internship Type: Full-Time | Paid | Duration: 3 Months Location : Gurgaon (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Friday About Grey to Yellow: Grey to Yellow is a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering end-to-end digital solutions — from performance marketing and marketplace onboarding to website/App development and SEO. We work with a diverse portfolio of brands to help them grow and scale their digital presence. What You’ll Do As a Sales & Business Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client acquisition and relationship-building efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in the sales cycle within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.  Your responsibilities will include: Research and identify potential leads across industries and platforms (LinkedIn, web directories, etc.). Assist in qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery calls. Support the sales team in preparing decks, proposals, and presentations. Help maintain and update the CRM database. Reach out to prospects via email and LinkedIn to generate interest in our services. Participate in client meetings and take follow-up actions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and outreach strategies. Analyze client needs and assist in drafting customized solutions. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills A confident, proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities Eagerness to learn about sales processes in a digital marketing environment Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other sales tools What You’ll Gain First-hand experience in B2B sales within a growing marketing agency Opportunity to shadow client meetings and assist in live pitch presentations Real-world exposure to digital service sales cycles Training and mentorship from experienced professionals Certificate of completion and potential letter of recommendation
