About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist who brings hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles , along with a strong focus on employee relations and core HR operations . This role requires a proactive, people-centric individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting both business and people needs. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working UK shift hours to align with global teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including high-volume hiring for support and CSR functions, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, craft sourcing strategies, and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and internal databases. • Conduct resume screenings, initial interviews, coordinate assessments, manage interview logistics, and support offer rollouts and onboarding processes. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS, generate hiring reports, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Facilitate onboarding, induction, and documentation processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and workplace concerns with a focus on resolution and employee satisfaction. • Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and internal mobility programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), while maintaining updated employee records in HRMS platforms. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including proven success in IT and Non-IT recruitment. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and statutory compliance. • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, ATS tools, job boards, and Microsoft OfficeWorkspace. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters. • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, adaptability, and solution-oriented thinking. • Prior experience working in a startup environment and supporting international time zones is a plus.
