Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR professional to join our team, with a strong focus on employee engagement initiatives and learning & development programs . This role requires someone who can drive a positive workplace culture, design and execute L&D strategies, and build meaningful connections across teams. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement Plan and implement engagement initiatives to build a motivated and inclusive workplace. Organize cultural events, team-building activities, wellness sessions, and recognition programs. Conduct periodic employee surveys, analyze feedback, and suggest action plans. Act as a culture ambassador and promote internal communication campaigns. Address employee concerns and contribute to improving morale and retention. Learning & Development Identify training needs across teams in consultation with department heads. Design, coordinate, and execute learning interventions (online, offline, external, or in-house). Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs. Maintain training records, evaluate effectiveness, and improve program impact.
