Role Description The US NON IT Recruiter will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for non-IT positions within our organization. Hired resource will have to work night shifts - US EST timings. This role demands strong networking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment channels effectively to attract qualified candidates. Location: Coimbatore (Onsite/WFO) Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for non-IT positions using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screening to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Schedule and coordinate client interviews. Negotiate salary and benefits. Collaborate with department head to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for non-IT roles. Strong understanding of the U.S. job market and employment laws. Experience using job boards, ATS and client VMS portals. Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective organizational and time-management abilities. Salary and Benefits: Will be discussed in the first round of interview.
