We are present globally in 8 countries including India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia & Canada.Position Overview: We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and who understands the nuances of luxury branding and can drive performance while maintaining premium positioning and brand visibility on Amazon.Selected candidate’s responsibilities include:- Responsible for growing sales via Sponsored Ads, Display ads and other tools available on Amazon.- Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns aligned with luxury market standards.- Conducts comprehensive keyword analysis to identify relevant search terms and refine campaigns based on performance data and trends.- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure product pages, brand store, and A+ content maintain luxury appeal and optimize for conversions.- Sound understanding of bid optimization and automation tools to drive bidding strategies.- Undertakes campaign analysis to deliver findings and recommendations. Dissects data at all levels to deliver actionable insights driving performance efficiency.- Complete understanding of Search ads on the platform. Demonstrates expertise in navigating ad account dashboards to deploy and manage campaigns.- Manages ads budgets effectively to allocate resources efficiently across campaigns and placements.- Monitors and optimizes campaigns & spending performance to deliver business goals.- Liaises with e-commerce platform SPOC to understand best practices and benchmarks.- Responsible for performance reporting and prepares reports as needed.Job Requirements:- Available for a full time (in-office), Preferred from Delhi-NCR or willing to relocate.- Education qualification: - Completed graduation or post-graduation- Experience more than 3 years, managing Amazon ads for luxury or premium brands.- Good in Amazon PPC ads, display ads – Should have worked in a brand with more than INR 50 lakhs of monthly digital sales- Proven track record of improving campaign performance (CTR, CVR, ACOS/ROAS).- Experience with tools like Amazon DSP, Helium 10 is a plus.
