Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage the commercial performance of our product lines or regions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of sales targets, lead client acquisition efforts, and be accountable for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of their segment. This role is strategic and results-driven, requiring a blend of hands-on execution, leadership, and financial acumen.Key Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned markets or verticals.Own the P&L responsibility for your segment—drive profitability and manage costs effectively.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the higher education and career development sectors.Identify, pitch, and close deals with universities, colleges, training institutes, and enterprise partners.Build and lead a high-performance sales team; train, motivate, and guide them to success.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to adapt sales approaches.Maintain strong client relationships and oversee long-term account development.Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies.Prepare detailed business and financial performance reports for leadership.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech.
