So, we will begin small and take it to great heights in the near future.Role DescriptionThis is a remote internship (stipend/month) for a Technical Product Support Specialist (permanent role could be offered basis performance and alignment with the expectations). The intern will be responsible for providing product, customer, and technical support. Key tasks include regular contact with customer, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, recording & analyzing feedback data to improve product quality, and handling the product operations & administration tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing user experience. Also, should have an aptitude to take on different tasks, readiness to take ownership & wear multiple hats as need arises.QualificationsProduct Support, Customer Success, Customer Support skillsTroubleshooting and Analytical skillsProficiency in creating comprehensive documentationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant experience in healthcare technology is a plusHave completed B.E. or B.Tech., with 1 to 2 years of overall experience.Comfortable with regional languages along with English and HindiAvailable to join immediatelyAbility to work independently and remotelyPrevious experience in customer success role is a plusStrong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
