The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing & managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Programmatic Bidding for our real estate clients. The Performance Marketing Manager will also be required to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, META /Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for real estate clients. Create targeting strategies using geographic, demographic, and behavioral data relevant to real estate buyers. Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and ensure campaign efficiency (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS). Collaborate with creative teams for ad copies, videos, and landing pages that convert. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, bidding strategies, and audience sets. Manage and optimize marketing funnels: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retargeting. Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for clients. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and digital marketing trends.Qualification CriteriaProven ability to generate real estate leads and sales for high-value (8-9 figures) real estate properties.
