WordPress Developer & Designer   Experience : 1–3 Years  Location : Remote  Mode of Engagement : Full-time  No. of Positions : 2  CTC : 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA  Educational Qualifications : As per industry standards  Industry : IT / Web Development / Digital Services  Notice Period : Immediate  What We Are Looking For:   1–3 years of professional experience as both a WordPress Developer and UI/UX Designer   Proficiency in Divi and other popular WordPress page builders  Strong design skills using Canva/Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator   Exposure or ability to explore AI tools like SeedProd AI, Elementor AI, Divi AI, ZipWP, AI Engine etc.  Ability to develop custom themes, plugins, and responsive layouts  Responsibilities:   Leverage Divi’s advanced visual builder to implement custom layouts, interactive elements, and intuitive navigation menus, enhancing both aesthetics and usability    Customize themes, build plugins, and implement interactive and accessible UI components  Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser/device compatibility  Apply core web design principles such as effective use of color theory, typography, and white space to create visually balanced and engaging layouts  Ensure every website is fully responsive and cross-browser/device compatible, delivering seamless user experience across all devices and screen sizes    Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity throughout the site by establishing and adhering to clear design standards (e.g., logo placement, color palette, font choices)   Prioritize accessibility by choosing readable fonts, ensuring sufficient color contrast, and structuring content for easy navigation and user engagement  Optimize images and graphics for fast loading without sacrificing visual quality, supporting both performance and design goals  Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field   Proficiency in WordPress, Divi, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI/UX design tools  Good understanding of responsive design, branding principles, and user-centered design  Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment  Strong problem-solving and communication skills
