About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Associate to join our Content Department at LawSikho/Skill Arbitrage, a leading EdTech company. This role is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about legal research, writing, and technology-driven education. The ideal candidate will have a legal background, strong analytical skills, and a drive to excel in creating high-quality content for legal tech training and education programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research on various legal tech topics, including privacy, cybersecurity, AI ethics, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Draft, edit, and proofread legal content for online courses, study materials, and presentations. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and accurate content. Stay updated with emerging trends and developments in the field of legal tech and incorporate them into content. Assist in the development of new courses and training materials to address industry needs. Review and adapt content to meet the needs of learners across jurisdictions. Participate in team meetings to contribute innovative ideas for content improvement. Take initiative in upskilling and contributing to the growth of the department. The compensation offered would be 15-20k on a monthly basis. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Completed a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university or about to complete a Bachelor’s degree in 2026 An LLM in a relevant field about to complete a Master’s degree in 2026 (e.g., Cybersecurity Law, Data Privacy, Technology Law) is highly preferred. Skills and Competencies: Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Confident verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Attributes: Passion for legal tech and content development. Motivation to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Commitment to taking this role to the next level and contributing to the department’s growth. Good to Have Experience or internships in legal content creation, edtech, or legal tech. Certifications in legal tech, data privacy, or related fields (preferred) Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content management systems.
