Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, responsibilities, and key competencies. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including job postings, leveraging social media, professional networks, and recruitment databases. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and coordinate interviews. Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, assessing skills, cultural fit, and motivation. Maintain proactive candidate pipelines for critical roles. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, policies, and procedures. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance candidate experience and promote the employer brand. Coordinate offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience with behavioral interview techniques and assessments. Proven network-building and social media recruitment skills. Personal Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized.
