Working days:6 days a week (and a flexible week off) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Scienceor a related field. Minimum1 year of experiencein recording tech-based video content or delivering technical lectures. Strong grasp ofprogramming fundamentals ,software development , anddata structures . Prior experience in atechoredtech environmentis preferred. Passion forteaching and mentoring , with a demonstrated commitment tostudent success . Strong alignment with NxtWave’svision ,mission , andlearner-first philosophy .Skills Must-Have: Professional fluency in English , with excellent communication and on-camera presentation skills. Strong programming proficiency inPython, Java, and JavaScript .(Bonus: familiarity with additional languages.) Hands-on development experience (preferably 1+ years) using theMERN stackandmodern tools like GenAI . Solid foundation inData Structures, Algorithms , andObject-Oriented Programming . Proficiency in content development tools likeGoogle Sheets, Slides , etc.(Microsoft 365 is a plus.) Ability toindependently createengaging, high-quality, and technically accurate recorded content. Comfortable quickly adoptingnew tech platformsfor collaboration and student engagement. Strongempathy , cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with diverse learner backgrounds.Good to Have Familiarity withGit , version control systems, andAgile/Sprint-based workflows . Deep knowledge ofindustry standards and best practicesin software development. Ability toadapt teaching methodsto suit different learning styles and learner needs. Strongproblem-solving mindsetand proactive approach to instructional challenges. Open toconstructive feedbackand committed tocontinuous improvement . Demonstratedownership, initiative , and a drive to deliver top-notch teaching outcomes.Key Responsibilities Recordhigh-quality video lectureson software development topics using a clear, engaging, and beginner-friendly delivery style. Design and deliver video content that meetsindustry standards ,academic rigor , andinternal quality benchmarks . Collaborate with thecurriculum and content teamsto structure modules and ensure conceptual clarity throughout. Translate technical concepts intosimple, real-world explanationsthat resonate with learners across levels. Take full ownership of your content’squality, accuracy, and delivery , and iteratively improve based on feedback, learner performance data, and team inputs. Actively contribute tocontent planning, development reviews , andQA processes . Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially theMERN stack and GenAI , and incorporate relevant developments into instructional content. Pursue continuous professional growth inboth pedagogy and modern software development practices .
