You’ll be the first impression, the friendly fixer, the calm in the chaos, and the go-to person for our residents. Whether it’s handling a late-night check-in or making sure a resident's birthday doesn’t go unnoticed — your job is to make every guest feel like they belong.What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding service that makes every guest feel like a VIP (or at least a Very Important Cozmonaut) Manage day-to-day front desk operations with professionalism and poise Build strong relationships with residents and guests — be their local go-to Handle resident concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless resident experience Keep a pulse on guest feedback and work proactively to elevate service standards Maintain accurate records, reports, and front office documentationYou’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations (student housing experience = bonus points!) Love working with people and have the interpersonal skills to match Are calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments Are a master communicator — whether it’s face-to-face, on the phone, or over email Know your way around MS Office and basic office tech Believe hospitality should be warm, personal, and a little bit fun Hold a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhy Cozmo Living?
