We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Auditor to oversee stock audits, compliance checks, and process adherence across our sales and service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure transparency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies, minimizing discrepancies and fraudulent activities. This role involves extensive travel across all our locations for on-site audits and reporting.Responsibilities Stock Audit & Financial Compliance Conduct monthly stock audits for both CT and LLP stocks. Identify discrepancies and raise debit notes to the respective teams. Allow 10 days for resolution; if unresolved, initiate debit adjustments in the concerned team’s incentives. Work closely with the Accounts Department to follow up and resolve issues related to: SAP discrepancies Billing inconsistencies Pending payments Credit period concerns Submit a detailed audit report to management on a monthly basis. Operational & Apple Process Audit Conduct random audits on repair jobs to verify: Job sheets and customer-reported issues against repair records. Physical serial number against system documentation. Open call records vs. actual device count. KBB (Known Bad Board) process compliance: Ensure KBBs are properly packed and serial numbers match documentation. Verify timely dispatch of KBBs. Apple health data verification. Ensure adherence to Apple’s compliance standards and processes (training will be provided post-hiring). Audit Reporting & Process Improvement Conduct monthly audits at all service centers and sales locations. Present findings, discrepancies, and corrective action plans to management. Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and fraud prevention measures.Qualifications & Skills Required: Experience : Prior experience in audit, inventory management, or financial compliance preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP & Excel (mandatory). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across company locations for monthly audits. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial and compliance data.
