Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 2–6 years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Time -1:30pm -10:30pmRole Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QAE to join our dynamic product development team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through both manual and automated testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify system requirements and resolve bugs. Implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Required Skills: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit). Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred). Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience in performance or security testing is an added advantage.
