We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedResearch Chemistwith a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry andat least 5 years of hands-on experiencein laboratory research and development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inorganic synthesis, process development , anddelivery system optimizationsuch asLiposomes, NLCs (Nanostructured Lipid Carriers), and other encapsulation techniques . This role will focus on supporting innovative R&D initiatives, lab-scale synthesis of active ingredients, and contributing to formulation and delivery system enhancement for cosmetic or specialty chemical applications.Key Responsibilities: Perform multistep organic synthesis and reaction optimization on lab scale Operate and maintain various lab reactors (glass, stainless steel, jacketed) Handle and calibrate lab instruments such as rotary evaporators, vacuum pumps, stirrers, pH meters, ovens, etc. Conduct product purification using distillation, crystallization, extraction, and chromatography Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, batch records, and lab observations Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, GLP/GMP norms Support scale-up processes and pilot plant trials when required Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA/QC, production, and regulatory affairs Develop and optimizeadvanced delivery systemsincludingLiposomes, NLCs, micro/nanoencapsulation technologiesfor active ingredientsRequired Skills: In-depth knowledge oforganic reaction mechanisms and synthetic strategies Strong experience withhazardous chemicals and lab safety protocols Working familiarity with analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and FTIR Capability toindependently manage multiple R&D projects Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and scientific documentation skillsPreferred Experience: Prior work inchemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or specialty ingredient R&D labs Exposure todelivery system developmentfor actives (Liposomes, NLCs, etc.) ishighly preferred Experience withpilot plant operations and process scale-up
