Develop and execute strategies for managing customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for customer service, providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define customer service requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Manage and configure customer service processes, including inquiry handling, complaint resolution, and service delivery. Oversee the integration of customer service systems with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Provide leadership and mentorship to customer service teams, guiding junior representatives through the implementation and configuration processes. Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demonstrate customer service capabilities and solutions. Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations. Define and implement monitoring and error-handling mechanisms for customer service processes. Drive continuous improvements in customer service processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to leverage best practices and innovations. Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during project execution. Conduct fit to std workshop,Nagvigate SAP std process steps using SAP signavio flow & collect delta requirements,Implement clean core concepts in CS workstream.Define test cases based on delta requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience working in customer service management, preferably within SAP environments.Hands-on experience with:Service Orders, Contracts, Installed Base, Notifications Integration with SD, PM, FI, CO, MM Serial number and warranty management Experience in global template design and deployments. Familiarity with FSM or integration with customer service platforms (e.g., SAP Service Cloud). Understanding of IoT integration for service triggers (preferred). Exposure to BTP extensions and clean core principles (preferred). Ability to work across global teams and business stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
