About the Company : Connectwise (A US Product IT Company) are hiring for Senior Software Test Engineers for its product development team.About the Role : The Senior Software Test Engineer I is responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests from manual test scripts and test cases. This role works in partnership with the Engineering teams to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.Experience: 5 - 8 YearsResponsibilities :Analyze test requirements/designs, and produce re-usable test scripts and procedures to test new and amended software. Verify test script against business requirements using the functional specification and technical documents provided by the design team. Actively work to identify, communicate, mitigate and resolve testing issues and risks. Participate in test plan, test case, and test results review sessions and make modifications if necessary. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality is not broken and recommends corrective action.Qualifications :BE/Btech/MCARequired Skills :Strong in Java / JavaScript (Java script is expecting if candidate ≥5 years of experience) Karate (if candidate has ≥ 5 years of experience then JMeter knowledge is mediatory) Cypress (Good if candidate has knowledge) CI/CD (Good if candidate has knowledge) JMeter (if candidate has ≥ 5 years of experience then JMeter knowledge is mandatory) Non-Functional testing knowledge such as chaos testing, security testing, etc. (Good if candidate has knowledge) Strong knowledge of software testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Assist in the planning and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing as needed.
