Job Description

Job Overview: • You will manage the IaaS delivery and service assurance for Azure & AWS. o Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. o Monitor and manage Azure resources, addressing issues promptly to maintain a high level of system availability. o Architect, deploy, and manage Azure services and resources in accordance with best practices. o Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. o Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance in the Azure environment. o Deploy and maintain Azure resources and other cloud technologies. o Technical and Problem-solving skills, Attention to detail. • As a leader in the team, you will define new operating models and processes. • As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with the teams implementing the programme, providing service input, but also coaching in their move to Agile practices. • Working in a team, you will help identify and then implement the necessary structures, roles & responsibilities required within the teams. • Your role will define the cloud centric measures and performance metrics which will track the effectiveness of the services we deliver to our customers. • You will work with our operational teams across TTBS organization to get the best out of our range of skills. • As an agent for change, you will positively influence the culture of the teams, helping them embrace new technologies and ways of working.Qualifications: Overall 15+ years’ experience in Project and service management, 8+ years Proven experience in Service performance management, Service delivery Process, Tools set up and driving the productivity through industry best practices. 5+ years in new service playbook development, Operating Model design, service KPI Design, and service Implementation.• Practical experience in an Azure / AWS Cloud Managed Services business and in engaging with DevOps teams, tooling & practices • Managed service RFP solution Design and development • Experience as project manager delivering IT projects and as scrum master • Working in a cloud related customer facing role in a service-based organization • Leading teams delivering services migrating to and based on the Cloud • It will be an advantage to have experience of working with Global Delivery Centers • Proved track record of leadership experience in IT Operations support services • Solid experience in incident and problem management • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to abstract and document complex matters • Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, passion and striving for new challenges • Teamwork and ability to share knowledge and develop the team • Good technical understanding & ability to keep up to date with rapidly changing market trends • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization • Producing documentation including target operating models, service designs, service descriptions, processes & procedures • Experience within an IT Service Management role developing IT processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domainTechnical details: • Detailed knowledge of Azure resources, deployment, and maintenance. • Proficient in Azure AD sync (On-prem), Exchange server, Azure AD Connect. • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Certificate Services, IIS, etc. • Install and configure Virtual Machines, Storage Account, Virtual Network gateway, Load Balancer, Application GW, SQL server etc. in the Azure Cloud. • Configure Virtual Machine Scale Sets to optimize the performance of Application. • Install & configure MS defender, Recovery service vault, SQL DB, Log analytical workspace, App services, DDOS etc. • Troubleshoot DNS Service and DNS resolution issues. • Detailed knowledge & Experience with AVD & troubleshooting. • Using PowerShell to deploy resources and repeatable deployments with ARM templates. • Experience with Migration like CSP to CSP & PayG to CSP migration. • Manage, Monitor, and Report resource utilization on daily basis. • Communicate with customers and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages. • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. • Able to Troubleshoot Complex Exchange Online Mail Flow & Environmental Issues along with Analyzing Exchange Logs & Provide RCA of the Reported Issues. • Assist with Azure Cost estimation. • Debugging and troubleshooting issues/Opening Tickets with Microsoft. • Good to have basic knowledge of Azure devOps. • Logical thinking & problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. • Any azure Certification with AZ-104, AZ-900,AZ-700,AZ-305 is required. • Experience in Azure cloud 8 years & total 15 years & above. • Good Communication& interpersonal skills.
