The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage a team, lead on-ground initiatives, handle student and parent interactions, and support marketing and media campaigns with enthusiasm and ownership.Key Responsibilities:Digital & Media CoordinationCollaborate with the media/design team to create engaging campaigns for Scribido Campus activities Oversee digital marketing efforts for events and initiatives Ensure timely posting and communication across platformsEvent & Program ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute student talks, parent sessions, and interschool programs Work with schools to manage schedules, logistics, and communications Take ownership of campus-level events and initiativesStakeholder EngagementInteract confidently with students, parents, and school authorities Represent Scribido Campus in meetings and on-ground activities Draft and share timely updates, reports, and follow-ups with schoolsTeam HandlingLead and mentor a small team of interns/coordinators Track team performance and ensure timelines are met Facilitate collaboration between media, content, and outreach teamsProject LeadershipTake initiative in launching new ideas, pilots, or seasonal campaigns Constantly identify ways to improve engagement and impact Track and report outcomes of various programsWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in event management, sales & marketing, school programs, or similar domainsPrior experience handling a team or managing internsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskA go-getter attitude with a love for new ideas and building things from scratchComfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)Bonus Skills:Exposure to school events, youth programs, or educational campaigns Basic knowledge of social media marketing and trends Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English(preferred)Why Join Scribido Campus?
