We're now expanding our digital footprint and looking for a seasoned SEO expert to lead our organic growth journey.Role Overview We are seeking a result-drivenSEO Specialistwith strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in ranking websites in the healthcare or wellness space. The ideal candidate will manage our on-site and off-site SEO strategy, optimize clinic landing pages and blogs, track rankings, fix technical issues, and collaborate with the content and tech teams to improve visibility, traffic, and leads.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits regularly Optimize website content, structure, and landing pages for Google EEAT and local SEO Track rankings, CTRs, bounce rates, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush/Ahrefs Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing, keyword-optimized blogs and pages Improve page speed, resolve crawl issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness and Core Web Vitals compliance Manage backlink building strategies (guest posts, outreach, directories, etc.) Lead local SEO for all clinic locations (GMB optimization, local citations, reviews, etc.) Stay updated with algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO tools Report weekly/monthly performance, KPIs, and action itemsRequirements 5+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and site builders Familiarity with Google EEAT principles, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills Medical/healthcare domain knowledge or past experience in a clinical or wellness brand is strongly preferredWhat We Offer Work with a fast-growing aesthetic brand in India Creative freedom and ownership of SEO strategy Access to doctors, designers, and full marketing support On-site role with a collaborative team
