As a Lead IT Analyst within our Customer Portal Domain, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving our digital services for Flat Europe customers. These services cover a wide range of commercial functionalities — from online offer and order management to claims tracking and non-prime sales — all supported by a suite of modern, multi-technology IT systems (Java, Angular, REST APIs...). We’re looking for a passionate and technically savvy analyst who can act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA and operations teams.His / her main missions are: Lead the translation of business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable IT specifications. Design and validate functional and technical solutions in alignment with the overall application architecture, and consider system dependencies, scalability, and performance. Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines. Serve as the primary liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams, managing expectations, clarifying requirements, and addressing potential communication gaps. Mentor and support IT Analysts and developers, fostering knowledge sharing, best practices, and skill development. Contribute to the evolution of the application, following the IT strategic plan and architecture guidelines. Establish and enforce development and testing standards, acting as the quality gatekeeper for deliverables — especially in complex or high-impact projects. Drive the change and release management process, ensuring that deployments follow governance protocols and do not disrupt business continuity. Ensure accurate and timely documentation, coordinating validation efforts and supporting offshore teams in producing high-quality test scenarios and user support materials. Support end users through the established “User Support” structure. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.Who are we looking for? You are analytical, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to impactful, customer-facing applications. You combine business insight with technical know-how, and you're comfortable navigating complex ecosystemsMust-haves: Solid experience as an IT analyst or software engineer in an Agile environment. Proven ability to work with multi-component applications.Solid technical expertise, particularly in: The Java ecosystem and related technologies Front-end development with Angular, TypeScript and responsive design Secured REST APIs, including documentation standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger Relational database design and querying CI/CD practices and tools — experience with Azure DevOps is a plus Experience with software development lifecycle and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies. Fluent in English (spoken and written).Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization. Experience with API management / gateway solutions.
