Job Description

Role: QA - Problem Management Location: Hyderabad Work Timings (EST)Key Skills: 1. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Proven ability to identify and analyze root causes of complex issues. 2. Problem Management: Experienced in managing and resolving problems, minimizing impact on users. 3. Log Analysis: Skilled in analyzing logs to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 4. Monitoring Tools: Proficient in using monitoring tools (AWS Log Analysis, EKS etc.) to detect and troubleshoot issues.Responsibilities: 1. Identify and troubleshoot issues: Use RCA and log analysis to identify root causes of issues. 2. Develop and implement problem management processes: Create and refine processes to manage and resolve problems. 3. Analyze logs and monitoring data: Use log analysis and monitoring tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with development, operations, and other teams to resolve issues and improve overall quality.Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field: Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles. 2. 4+ years of experience in QA or related field: Proven experience in QA, testing, or related field. 3. Certifications in QA or related field: Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
