• Independently manage key influencer accounts (Assigned Architect, Govt and consultants) in the given territory • Identify the key people within accounts who influence glass specification/purchase and build strong relationships with them • Identify the key external stakeholders which are associated with the project and help sales team in better conversion • Identify the key people within key external influencer accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them • Implement key account management process with the targeted key influencer account • Understand the project decision making and ensure that all support is provided to sales team for the order closure • Support sales team in the closure of the project by supporting from key influencer side • Ensure unique specification to create the differentiatiation to get better price realization. • Keep track of the industry trends and competition • Identify new potential key accounts • Undertake local and global product benchmarking • Monitor trends towards policy, codes and norms
