Program Support Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing defence-related programs and events, including incubation and innovation initiatives. Startup & Stakeholder Engagement Engage with startups for mentorship and support, and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and experts for smooth program delivery. Data & Dashboard Management Maintain accurate records, program dashboards, and databases to track progress and outcomes effectively. Communication & Reporting Prepare reports, presentations, and communication material to update internal and external stakeholders on program status and key highlights. Operational Support Handle logistics, schedule meetings, and provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient program execution.Requirements Education:Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or Management Experience:Minimum 1 year in project coordination, stakeholder management, or report preparation Preferred Background:Defence sector or innovation/startup ecosystem/ServiceDesired Skills and Competencies Ownership & Accountability Stakeholder Collaboration Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Adaptability & Willingness to Learn Basic understanding of innovation ecosystemsExpected Deliverables: Support key strategic initiatives to strengthen the Defence vertical at T-Hub. Learn and contribute to the operations of the Defence projects. Identify and onboard at least 5 startups under the Defence program. Maintain and regularly update the dashboards. Ensure accurate maintenance of the master database.
