Job Title

A Manager QE (Quality Engineering)-Automation at Publicis Sapient will be responsible for overseeing the technological delivery of automation solutions, establishing end-to-end QA processes, and driving the overall quality of project deliverables. This role requires a strong understanding of automation frameworks, testing tools, and continuous testing strategies, as well as experience in leading and mentoring QE teams.Key Responsibilities: Oversee automation solutions.Participate in thedesign and architectural reviews of automation solutions , and guide teamsin implementing themacross projects. Establish end-to-end QA processes:Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes, including requirement analysis, test strategy/design, and test reporting. Drive continuous testing:Establish and implement a continuous testing strategy, leveraging automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and quality. Mentorship and guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise in QE. Project management:Plan, estimate, and track team's work, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project milestones. Stakeholder management:Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and other QE teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Thought leadership:Consult with clients, strategize, and guide teams in designing and implementing effective QA solutions. Quality ownership: Takeownership of the overall project quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet the defined quality standards and timelines.Required Skills and Experience: Extensive testing experience:9-12 years of overall testing experience, with at least 6+ years in establishing and leading automation frameworks. Automation expertise:Hands-on experience with various automation tools like Selenium, RestAssured, and Cucumber, as well as exhaustive experience in UI and API automation. Programming skills:Strong programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript, including experience with Java Collection frameworks. CI/CD knowledge:Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gitlab and Jenkins. Cloud experience:Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Sauce Labs, or Perfecto. Agile/DevOps knowledge:Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, BDD, and DevOps practices. Leadership and mentorship:Proven ability to lead and mentor QE teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Communication and collaboration:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
