You will lead a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This is a hands-on role that requires you to be deeply involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment.Key Responsibilities: ●Hands-on Development:Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable frontend components and systems usingReact,React Native,JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. ●Product Development from Scratch:Lead the development of new, innovative frontend products from initial concept to successful launch. ●Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a small, growing team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support. You should currently be in a lead position within your organization. ●UI/UX Collaboration:Work closely with the product and design teams to translate ideas and wireframes into polished, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
