We are looking for Senior Graphic Designer:Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Pune (Onsite)Key Responsibilities :● Brand Understanding and Alignment : Ensure all visual work aligns with the brand's identity, voice, and values by thoroughly interpreting briefs and maintaining a deep understanding of brand guidelines. ● Design Creation : Create both static and dynamic design layouts for various marketing materials, including social media content and email campaigns. ● Creative Delivery : Ensure the timely production of top-tier visual content, consistently meeting client expectations and promptly resolving any client issues that arise. ● Creative Innovation and Experimentation : Foster creative innovation by introducing new design concepts and techniques across projects to elevate visual content quality and impact. ● Creative Design and Team Collaboration : Create high-quality resource, client designs for diverse applications, and collaborate with the Art Director and team to produce visual assets for campaigns and marketing materials. ● Creative Execution and Strategy : Deliver impactful designs that align with strategy and ensure effective audience resonance. ● Training and Skill Development : Continuously advance expertise in advanced design methodologies, creative ideation, and emerging marketing trends through ongoing professional development and certification. ● On - Time Deliverables : Ensure prompt delivery of visual content projects and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project status updates and milestones.Requirements :Experience: ● 3+ years of experience with creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.Skills: ● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools. ● Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities, with a track record of guiding junior designers. ● Strong creative vision and skill in developing innovative design concepts that align with brand strategy. ● Exceptional project management skills, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. ● Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting design concepts to clients and Stakeholders. ● Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.Additional Requirements: ● This reflects the designer's ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. ● Highlights the importance of collaboration and relationship management, which are crucial for working with other departments. ● Emphasizes creativity and attention to detail, key for producing high-quality designs. ● Reflects leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving goals. ● Focuses on the importance of interpersonal skills and fostering a collaborative work environment.Interested candidates can share their resume and portfolio atrehnuma.khan@
