Our goal is to reduce hospitalization rates and promote fitness and health through professional care.Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist / Lead Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting thorough physical assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary. The role requires the supervision and mentoring of junior physiotherapists, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and the implementation of best practices. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad.Qualifications 8-10 years' experience in physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation Leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Business Development and networking skills Ability to develop and implement treatment plans Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Relevant certifications and licenses in physiotherapy
