The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and submitting tender proposals in line with client and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Identify and track relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs from government portals (e.g., GEM) and other reliable sources. Analyse bid documents to determine eligibility, compliance requirements, and feasibility. Prepare, compile, format, and submit bid proposals as per the client’s specifications and within the stipulated deadlines. Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams for collecting and validating necessary documentation. Ensure proper formatting and submission of Pre-Qualification (PQ) and Technical Qualification (TQ) documents. Maintain accurate records of submitted bids and outcomes for future reference and audits. Keep up to date with the latest amendments in tendering procedures and portal usage.Candidate Profile / Requirements: Proven experience in managing strategic bids, with a deep understanding of the tendering process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate eligibility and bid requirements. Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation. Hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal and other public procurement platforms. Proficiency in formatting complex documents like PQ and TQ as per required standards.
