Role Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedMEP Consultantto oversee and manage the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems for our ongoing and upcoming project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) are functional, efficient, sustainable, and compliant with industry standards and local regulations.Location UdaipurKey Skills Review and validate MEP design drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate MEP systems into the overall project. Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend energy-efficient and cost-effective MEP solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate MEP equipment and materials. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP installation progress and quality. Troubleshoot design and installation issues as they arise. Assist in tender documentation and contractor evaluation. Review shop drawings and method statements submitted by contractors. Liaise with clients and provide technical recommendations and updates.Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5 years of proven experience as an MEP consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with sustainable building certifications (LEED, IGBC, etc.) Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination Project management experience is a plus
