The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inAppium and Python , strong experience inCI/CD pipeline integration , and a proven track record of mentoring teams while remaining technically hands-on.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable mobile test automation frameworks for iOS and Android platforms. Conduct tool feasibility studies and recommend best-fit solutions for automation needs. Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous integration. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Mentor and guide automation engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Own and drive automation strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects. Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, best practices, and logical problem-solving. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile automation.Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ yearsof experience in test automation, with a strong focus on mobile applications. Expert-level proficiency in Appium and Pythonfor mobile automation. Proven experience indesigning and implementing automation frameworksfrom scratch. Strong understanding and hands-on experience withCI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Experience with version control systems likeGitand test management tools. Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and coding skillsis a must. Ability to mentor and lead teams while remaining hands-on with technical tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
