Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned sales targets. Execute the sales strategy to target and acquire new clients/students in the education sector. Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and build strong relationships with educational institutions. Understand the unique needs of educational institutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of Veloces Consulting Services to its customers. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client requirements. Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the education sector. Track sales activity and performance metrics, reporting to the National Head. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings. Travel extensively within the region to promote our offerings.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education sector. Freshers could be considered for Junior Roles. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the Indian education system and its challenges. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
