Role:Functional Consultant Required Technical Skill Set:SuccessFactors RBP Security consultant Experience:5 to 8years Work Location:Kochi, Kolkata, Bangalore, HyderabadDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have:1. Should be responsible to provide RBP security support within the Success Factors. 2. Should be responsible to assist with user/role remediation activities on the SuccessFactors RBP systems based on the Segregation of duties findings. 3. Should assist with supporting the internal and external auditors with information and documentation required. 4. Provide SAP Security support skills to business end users and team members 5. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning admin, ONB Dynamic Groups, Role based permissions, Proxy access restrictions, report access 6. Good knowledge of SAP Security strategy documentation alignment and understandingGood-to-Have: 1. SAP System Security and Authorizations or SuccessFactors certification is advantageous 2. Troubleshooting complex security issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors Role based permissions 3. Testing and Validation: Working with the testing team thorough testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure it meets functional, performance, security, and usability requirements.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: 1. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2. Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 3. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 4.Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors.
