Automation : Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and management processes. Software Development : Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Set up and maintain monitoring systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure. Development Skills : Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Node.js, Java or Rust. Containerization : Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Version Control : Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git. Customer-Facing Experience : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working directly with customers to solve technical issues and gather requirements.
