Job Role- Lead Admin – Facility Operations (Only Female Candidates)Key Responsibilities:Soft Services Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment.Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring cost-effective procurement. Space Management: Plan and allocate office space to accommodate organizational needs and optimize workspace utilization. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain records of safety inspections and incidents. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control. Vendor ManagementQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in administration and facilities management.
