This position requires a deep understanding ofmarketing automation, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct time-to-time analysis to customize SFMC functionalities to align with Business goals · Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to match the market standards · Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights related to the email marketing. · Leading deep dive data analysis to identify patterns and trends with the customer behavior. · To be able to create reports in marketing cloud.Principal Accountabilities· Conduct comprehensive analysis of mails to assess performance, reliability. · Utilize advancedanalytical toolsto interpret data andgenerate actionable insights . · Collaborate with theSFMC Scrum Teamto align on email marketing strategies withwebshopobjectives. · Offer informed recommendations on implementingnew email marketing strategiesbased on customer preferences and industry trends. · To provide value generation for the Business cases related toPayment PORT projects . · Create comprehensive user documentation andtraining materials for SFMC users.Key Challenges· Keeping pace with rapidly evolving industry and customer trends · Being critical with data and providing the right validation towards data. · To constantly, monitor and report far and wide gaps when it comes to main metrics of SFMC like open rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, click-open rate, unsubscribe rate etc. · Balancing the need for innovation with maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. · Ensuring seamless integration with the webshop platform amidst changing business priorities and requirements.Skills required (Tools and Technologies)· Excel (good to have advanced), PowerPoint. ·Data reportingplatforms likeGoogle Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBi and looker (good to have) . · Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively within cross functional teams. · Experience inAgile methodologies,particularly withScrum Teams,and familiarity withsprint planning and backlog management. · Strategic thinking to align with broader organizational goals and objectives.
