Dear Connections,ACL Digital is hiring for Data Center-Cisco ACI for Hyderabad/Chennai Location.Job Title: L3 ACI Cisco Consulting Engineer - Onsite Operations SupportLocation: Chennai & HyderabadJob Summary:We are seeking two highly skilled L3 ACI Cisco Consulting Engineers to join our team foronsite operations support in NPCI LCS project. These roles are critical for ensuring thestability, performance, and scalability of our Cisco ACI environments. The ideal candidateswill possess deep expertise in Cisco ACI technology and will provide advanced consultingand operational support to our clients.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver expert-level support for Cisco ACI infrastructure, including troubleshooting,configuration, and optimization.• Engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of ACI environments to ensureoptimal performance and reliability.• Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and providetailored solutions.• Lead the implementation of network design changes and updates within ACIenvironments.• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations andoperational procedures.• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on ACI technologies andbest practices.• Act as a technical liaison between clients and Cisco support teams to resolvecomplex issues.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 yearsspecializing in Cisco ACI.• In-depth understanding of ACI architecture, components, and operations.• Proven track record in consulting or client-facing roles, providing technical solutionsand support.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectivelywith clients and team members.• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or ACI specialization are highly desirable.Skills:• Proficiency in Cisco ACI configuration, management, and troubleshooting.• Experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).• Familiarity with network security practices and technologies.Cisco Confidential• Knowledge of data center networking, virtualization, and software-definednetworking (SDN).• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Interested candidate can share their resume to amit.k@Thanks & RegardsAmit Kumar
