Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategicManager – Collaborations & Academic Partnershipsto lead our academic collaboration initiatives across Maharashtra and other states. This role requires a proactive leader who can initiate and manage long-term partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions, while driving impactful educational outcomes through Choice College programs. You will be the key liaison between academic institutions andChoice College , responsible for developing partnership strategies, executing collaborative projects, and ensuring value delivery to stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify, engage, and onboard educational institutions for collaborative programs. Establish formal partnerships via MoUs, Letters of Intent, and other strategic agreements. Build long-term relationships with academic leaders, decision-makers, and faculty heads. Program Implementation & MonitoringOversee implementation of joint initiatives such as faculty development programs, student training modules, and ICT integration. Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and partner institutions. Track, evaluate, and report the performance and impact of academic partnerships. Stakeholder Engagement & RepresentationRepresentChoice Collegeat academic events, education summits, expos, and meetings. Conduct presentations, workshops, and promotional events to introduceChoice Collegeofferings. Serve as the point of contact for partner institutions, resolving queries and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. ️Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop region-specific partnership strategies aligned withChoice Collegemission. Collaborate with product, training, and marketing teams to tailor solutions as per institutional needs. Analyze education trends, government policies, and market opportunities to expand partnerships. Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Public Relations, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic partnership development, institutional outreach, or educational consulting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple collaborations simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms. Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits and project rollouts. Preferred QualificationsExperience in EdTech, Skill Development Missions, or Government Education Projects. Knowledge of educational policy frameworks and industry-academia models. Familiarity with CSR, NEP 2020, or digital education initiatives will be an added advantage.
