As a valued member of our global People Team, you will play a key role in driving transformation and innovation within our People organization. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of passionate professionals to implement our new People strategy and support the continued growth and evolution of PTC. Thishybrid role , based inPune, India , focuses on the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures in India. There may also be opportunities to support other countries within the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Conduct competitive pay analyses, ranging from ad-hoc requests to complex proposals, in collaboration with HR and business leaders. Model and analyze compensation structures, with a focus on short- and long-term incentive plans. Provide internal consultation on compensation and benefits matters across the People team. Ensure compensation and benefits programs are market-competitive and aligned with internal equity. Implement global compensation programs that align with local market conditions, financial goals, and PTC’s business and HR strategies. Lead global compensation program cycles, including merit, incentive, and equity programs. Contribute strategic insights to global benefits and wellness initiatives. Manage benefits renewals in India in coordination with global and local brokers. Lead and support HR technology projects. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or related fields. Strong knowledge of short- and long-term incentive plan design. Experience managing benefits in India, including health, retirement, risk insurance, and leave programs. Proficiency in Workday and Excel; ability to work with large datasets. Experience in a global SaaS or fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus.
