Position Title: Front Office Executive/ Reservation ExecutiveLocation: Pune, Maharashtra, India Shift: Regular US Shift (5:30pm ist to 2:30am ist) Work Type: Work from Office -ON SITE Employment Type: Full-timeCompany Overview: RJ Hospitality, headquartered in Brooklyn with a corporate office operating in Viman Nagar, Pune, is dedicated to providing exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. You will be working in Pune, handling our hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. You will be working in Pune, handling our hotel brands in the USA.Job Summary Handle guest reservations across multiple hotel brands efficiently. Manage booking inquiries and ensure a seamless reservation process. Coordinate requests via email, OTA platforms, and PMS systems. Maintain reservation accuracy, verify payments, and assist in cancellations. Ensure effective communication with relevant hotel departments for smooth operations.Key Responsibilities Reservation Management : Handle new reservations, cancellations, and modifications in PMS. Guest Communication : Respond to inquiries via email, OTA channels, and booking platforms. OTA Requests : Review and process special requests received through OTA channels. Reservation Screening : Verify upcoming reservations for payment status and special requests. Cancellations & Updates : Notify the front desk and accounts team regarding changes. Daily Coordination : Share guest lists with the front office and ensure accurate records. End-of-Day Review : Conduct final task checks and escalate unresolved issues.Education & Experience Required: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. ✔ Experience in guest services, reservations, or a similar professional role. Preferred: ✔ 0-1 years of experience in hotel reservations. ✔ Familiarity with PMS and OTA platforms. ✔ Hospitality Management Degree.Qualifications & Skills ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure. ✔ Proficiency inreservation systems (Opera, PMS, etc.) . ✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) . ✔ Multilingual skills are a plus.For More Details:hr@
