We are seeking a dynamic and business-orientedExecutive Assistantto partner closely with senior leadership. This role is designed for someone who brings strategic thinking, operational rigor, and communication excellence to enable the executive to focus on high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is more than a support function—they are a thought partner who ensures priorities are met, decisions are informed, and meetings are productive.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support: Act as the right hand to the executive by helping manage priorities, track business initiatives, and ensure timely follow-through on action items. Presentation Development: Create and design high-quality business presentations and reports for internal reviews, strategic meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders. Meeting Management & Documentation: Prepare agendas, attend key leadership meetings, and capture detailed, action-oriented Minutes of Meeting (MoMs). Track follow-ups and ensure accountability across stakeholders. Information Coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and cross-functional teams, clients, or partners to ensure consistent flow of information and alignment. Project & Priority Tracking: Monitor key projects and strategic deliverables, provide status updates, flag risks, and ensure timely execution by relevant teams. Decision Support: Assist in gathering business intelligence, conducting research, and summarizing insights to support data-driven decision-making. Time Optimization: Evaluate and filter incoming requests, meetings, or information to ensure the executive’s time is focused on the most critical areas. Confidential Handling: Manage sensitive business and personnel information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Key Requirements:6–10 years of experience in a strategic executive support, chief of staff, or project coordination role. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand high-level organizational priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and handling MoMs or project tracking. Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. High emotional intelligence, professional integrity, and attention to detail.
