In this dual-role, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms (70%) while also creating short-form videos and motion graphics (30%) for social media, ads, and branded content.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design (70%) ·Develop visual assets for digital marketing: banners, social media posts, email creatives, landing pages, and ads. · Create brand-aligned print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging designs. · Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines. · Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.Video Editing (30%) ·Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, and promotions · Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design to enhance video quality · Work with the team to storyboard, script, and plan simple shoots when needed · Maintain video assets and file organization for efficient workflowRequirements:·1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house preferred) · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Graphic Design); Premiere Pro, After Effects (Video Editing). · Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory. · Familiarity with social media formats and digital ad specifications. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. · A creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong design portfolio. · Basic knowledge of animation is a plusPreferred Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. · Experience working in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment. · Passion for storytelling and visual branding.
