Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master / Project Manager at Untangle. The role involves overseeing technical project management, team leadership, and communication tasks. The Scrum Master / Project Manager will be responsible for driving multiple project success, ensuring efficient operations, and leading cross-functional teams. Qualifications Can do and make it happen attitude. Strong ownership and accountability attitude Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. (We don't want who is writing long emails, someone who is straight and direct) Strong organisation and time management skills. Excellent at reporting to multiple stakeholders including the team. Meaningful reports & KPIs are key Technical background to understand some level of details and not just a task master Working very closely with clients globally for expectation management, delivery, risks, dependency, testing and release management Strong skills of Azure DevOps / Jira Strong Leadership abilities - supporting the team to understand the challenge and actively working to unblock them Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in Scrum, Kanban and other agile methodologies Proficient in running various meetings - standup, grooming, refinement, retro with the client. Can roll up the sleeves and get job done under pressure Own end to end delivery of the projects from requirements to production release and support. Proficiency in managing technical projects Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Min 2 years + experience in the Tech industry required
