Job Title

The role:We are looking for 2 qualified Speech Language Pathologist/Therapists with multiple years of experience working with children on the spectrum and various speech disorders.Responsibilities:Primary work would be conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for kids;Perform assessments for speech-language disorders for special children with one or multiple disorder like speech delays, Autism, Learning disabilities etc.;Provide feedback to parents and caregivers on a daily basis through discussion post-session;Develop and implement effective individualised plans for children;Establish understanding, expectations, and goals with parents of children;On an ongoing basis, keep abreast with profession knowledge and skill upgradation by reviewing publications, recent therapy skills and undergoing certifications;Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with caregivers throughout;Ensure the safety and well-being of kids;Maintain and update individual data and records during sessions;Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents, caregivers and relevant stakeholders;Attend and participate in team meetings.Requirements:A Bachelors or Master's Degree in the area of Speech language Pathology or Audiology or a related field;Experience with OPD techniques;Able to work on site 5.5 days a week;Mandatory: Fluency in English, Desired: Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil;Benefits:Attractive salary20+ days of paid leave per annum;Dedicated personal learning and development budget;A healthy and empowering work environment;
